The Mission of Cirrus Ranch is to provide caring people with the opportunity to join together to help save the lives of innocent dogs, whose only “crime” is to be homeless in our society.
We will do this by establishing a Center of Excellence to rescue, rehabilitate, train and re-home dogs in need.
We will establish a Train the Trainer program to substantially increase the numbers of skilled dog trainers available to the general public, while giving the trainees an opportunity to make a difference to the dogs in our care, to assist in the training of volunteers and run dog training classes for the general public.
We will develop and provide educational outreach with the aim of raising the social awareness of the almost inconceivable number of dogs who are killed in the USA every year.
